Fall is just around the corner. In fact, it's here! Take a look at the top foodservice equipment you should know this fall, and get a head start on finishing out the year strong in your Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, or Hawaii commercial kitchen. Let's take a look manufacturer by manufacturer:
ALTO-SHAAM
* The Xcelerate Hi-Speed Oven from Alto-Shaam is a rapid cooking solution for quick, grab-n-go type applications. It has an enormously small footprint and is designed for intuitive operation for quick and easy sandwiches, baked goods, pizza, and other appetizers. A catalytic converter eliminates the need for an exhaust hood, and a fully programmable interface allows for 100 different settings, as well as USB port access.
* The touch screen Rotisserie isn't out yet, but we wanted to tell you about it anyway. Its touch screen controls will give the user more recipe options and precise cooking temperatures, with new options including a grease collection system and a self-cleaning operating mode.
- CHAMPION
* The UD330ADA is an ADA-compliant, undercounter, cold water connection, ventless heat recovery warewashing unit. It is short enough to fit under a 30-inch counter and can be run in multiple phases. At the end of each cycle, condensation is automatically removed.
* The Champion ventless conveyor will be released this fall. Winner of the National Restaurant Association's 2016 Kitchen Innovation Award, the Vent Free Rack Conveyor Dishmashine is designed to capture 100 percent of operating exhaust heat and vapor, converting it into useable energy to heat wash water and assit in heating the fresh rinse water. This amazing efficiency also reduces the ambient temperature of the dishroom.
