Pro-Pacific Executive Chef Wade Harris has more than 25 years of experience in the foodservice industry. Most of those years were spent as an executive chef in multiple corporate restaurant groups and independent operations. He has also worked in remote locations such as IndyCar racing teams and as a founder of a destination fly fishing lodge in Montana. He has also trained general managers and chefs for Sodexo in the western region.
Chef Wade's influences are chefs and owners who REALLY care about the quality of their product and the overall experience a customer has in their establishments – and not just the bottom line. He has found that if you're truly passionate about what you do, the success will come.
Chefs that push boundaries and are not afraid to try new dishes and food concepts also inspire him. He enjoys the fact he will always continue to learn from restaurants, healthcare, business and industry, K-12 schools, and universities. He enjoys working with Pro-Pacific factories and customers to find different uses and methods for the equipment in order to improve operations.
Chef Wade is passionate about working with our K-12 schools to continue to improve food quality and deliver healthier options to our kids. He looks forward to giving back to our communities through charity events sponsored by Pro-Pacific and our foodservice equipment dealers.
If all of the above isn't enough, Chef Wade loves fly fishing and hunting in the great, Pacific Northwest outdoors.
