"Pro-Pacific installed a new 3-chamber Vector H Series Multi Cook oven in our Hampton Spokane property.  The oven is a great fit for this location, as they are able to produce plates with very quick turn-around times. The Executive Chef at Pro-Pacific, Wade Harris, worked with us as we developed the menu items in order to help with programming the oven to our specifications. We love that the Vector has the capability to cook multiple items at the same time, with each chamber simultaneously running at different temperatures, as well as having a specific cooking program for each individual menu item. It creates bulletproof consistency regardless of which staff member is preparing the plates. The Vector oven is very user-friendly and easy to use, and with the help of Chef Harris, learning how to program and work with the oven felt really straightforward and simple.
